Timings for rehearsals and concert for Summer Fair 27 JUNE 2026 (these will be confirmed nearer the date)

10:15- Music Bandz Orchestra- quick run through
10:30- ROCK BANDZ- quick run through
11:00- Summer Fair Starts
11:00- Music Bandz Orchestra Concert
11:30- Rock Bandz Concert

It is really important that your child attends the rehearsal beforehand. It makes a huge difference to their performance to have run through the song first. I appreciate there are lots of other activities, however if you are able to jiggle things around, it would make a big difference.

Please can you ensure your child arrives 10 minutes prior to the time stated so that we are ready to start on time.

Music Bandz-What to bring?
Instruments, Water, Wear something colourful and Summery.  
Music stand (if you have one please)

After the Rehearsal
Please come and collect your child from the hall so that they can then enjoy the remainder of the fair. Please don't forget to get them ticked off the register to confirm you have taken them.

Rock Bandz- What to bring?
Rock Bandz t-shirt*, black bottoms (jeans, shorts, joggers). Water bottle 

* Rock Bandz- If your child would like to purchase the t-shirt, please pay via the website link-  £10 the following account by Thursday 25th June with your child's name as a reference.  I will bring these with me on the Friday 26th June before the concert.
